Booking/Cancellation Policy: In order to make a reservation, a card must be put on file for your service. We requires a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your reservation. If you do not cancel, call and reschedule, or show up for your reservation, you will be charged a $15 fee. We consider this a no-show, and we do not allow any refunds for no-shows. Card information provided during the reservation process can only be used for the no-show cancellation fee and isn’t applicable on appointments or separate purchases.
